Mr. Fellman is Director of Development and Acquisitions at The Morlin Group, and is responsible for new development projects that include significant analysis and construction strategies. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development, acquisition and property management. He currently oversees the operations of over one million square feet of land, buildings and commercial properties.

Assistant Project Manager

Mr. Fernandez serves in the role of assistant project manager in the area of commercial real estate development/construction and property management. His responsibilities in the commercial real estate development area include market research and site selection analysis, overseeing ground-up construction by working closely with general contractors and subcontractors, maintaining detailed documentation via job site daily reports, pictures, and video of the day-to-day construction of the project, and representing the owner in any other key aspect of the commercial development process to bring the project to completion.

Additionally, Mr. Fernandez assists in the area of commercial real estate property management by working closely with local real estate brokers in leasing proprietary commercial office/warehouse space, handling tenant relations issues, rent collections, and working directly with the maintenance staff and contractors in the conservation of the property’s value.
